Our company is dedicated to serving you with
efficiency convenience and quality. We will schedule pick up and
delivery 1-3
times a week according to the volume in a particular community.
We use high standards of quality contractors with the state of the art
equipment, all certified and trained by
various Laundry and Cleaning
Associations.
Deliver time:
For dry cleaning 2-3 days or
sooner if needed.
Laundry wash, dry and fold within 3-4 days or sooner.
Subject to the volume of pick up and delivery at that time. Special requests for
earlier delivery could be arranged.
For special garments, Leather, Suede, Carpets,
Drapery, Bridal Gowns and preservations please allow 2-3 weeks
from the time of
pick up.
Our A.Q.L (Acceptance Quality Level) is 100%,
every piece of garment is being checked and can be traced back
to the operator.
Like in any production, all checked garments have carry a tag that stamped by
the quality control
person. Any garment that required additional pressing or was found that
it doesn't meet the quality level is returned
to the operator to correct any
deficiencies.
We want our customers 100%
satisfied, we offer an Unconditional Guarantee. If you are not unsatisfied for
any reason, Just tell us and we will fix the problem.
We will make sure that our resolution will cause you to forget
that you ever had a problem.
On your second pick up or delivery you will get
a free laundry bag. The bag will become yours after a minimum of
3 months of
service.. Should you wish to discontinue our services earlier, the bag should be
retuned to us or a
charge of $5.00 will be charged.
Alterations:
We can handle for you any alterations: need to replace a zipper,
hem pants or skirt,
replace buttons, etc.
Let our skilled tailors take care of your garments. Just put the garments needed
to be altered in a bag with your
name, account number and the type of work you will be looking
to have and we will pick it up with our laundry pick up.
Shoe Repair:
We use Master Craftsmen skilled people.
Your shoes will be retuned with a FREE shine.
Just put your shoes in a bag with your name and account number and the
type of work to be done. We will pick
up your shoes while picking up the laundry in your
community.
