Summary:

Conduct meetings with

services.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:

Prepares reports of business transactions, including new customer
information.
Investigates and resolves customer problems with the assistance
of our executive management.

Skills and Qualifications:

3-5 years experience in direct sales or equivalent
combination of education and
experience.
Is respected

established in the community.
Has an excellent
understanding of the
community
culture and
environment.
Ability to
organize and execute daily
call schedules to efficiently
sells and services the
market.
General knowledge and
understanding of client
businesses or services. Good
understanding of the
Internet,
computers and
related terms. Knowledge of
Microsoft Word and Excel
required. Ability to
read,
analyze, and
interpret
reports related to sales and
web site features and
technology, and sales

Ability to
respond to full range of
inquiries or customer service

Customer Support Representatives

Summary:

Provides post-sale customer follow-up, set-up and
training. The person will
report to the regional
Manager.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Efficiently schedules and calls on
customers.
Assists the Account Executive in performing
administrative tasks related
to clients; such as incoming
and
outgoing correspondence,
maintenance of files,
contracts and records, and
telephone inquiries.
Supports Account Executive as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma and 2 to 3 years specialized
training or experience with a
very good understanding
of
computers, the Internet,
Microsoft Office products,
including Excel, Word &
PowerPoint.

Ability to organize and plan daily routines to
effectively support client
needs and efficiently set up
new
clients.
