Affiliates Program

The Affiliate Program will pay you money on any sales that result from your referral web site! The program
achieves these objectives by creating a simple reciprocal linking arrangement between your web site and
our site. Upon receiving your application request and our approval, we will e-mail you all necessary information
to install the link as well as an Affiliate Agreement.

Eligibility:
All clients in good standing are eligible to receive a commission from sales that result from banner promotions
on their website. Before any money will be paid, Customer must be furnish with a valid Social Security or
Federal ID number.

Commissions:
We will pay a 3 % commission off the total invoice paid by your referral client.

How it Works:
Once you approved we will supply you a link that will offer you various banners to be selected from in order to
install in your web site. We recommended to place as many banners or links on your website.
  
When a viewer clicks the link from your site, they will be redirected to the product or service that you have
chosen to promote. At this time a cookie will be set naming you as a referring affiliate. Anything that they purchase 
in our web site will earn you a 3 % commission once the invoice has been paid.

It doesn't matter if they leave the site and come back later. It doesn't matter if they call us and we close the sale.
It doesn't matter if they purchase a different product than what you promoted. It doesn't matter if they click an
affiliate link elsewhere. The two week period after the initial click the prospect is yours. Anything they purchase
will make you money!

Payments:
Payments will be sent by company check, or applied to an invoice, based on your preference. Payments will be
issued on the 15th of the month, on balances over $25.00.

To join our program: Please fill the form, upon approval of your application form, we will e-mail you back the
code and the link to select a banner to be inserted at your web site. Also, we will e-mail you our affiliate agreement
for your approval and signature.

More we pay you, the more successful we are!

review and signature.

Affiliate Agreement:

This agreement describes the entire terms and conditions for participation in our Affiliate Program. 

In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). Wherever the agreement refers to "you" or
"your", it means "the Affiliate"; "we" or "our" refers to Cybernet Enterprises, Inc.

Affiliate Site
We will create unique Affiliate username for you when you submit a complete Affiliate Enrollment Form. This username
must be included in all referrals for credit to be applied to your affiliate account. 

Commissions
You will receive 3% of the revenue as a commission from orders  generated from your site as a result of our Affiliate program/link .

Payment
We will send a check for the applicable commissions within approximately 15 days after the end of each calendar
month. If any order that generated a referral fee is returned by the customer, or if there are any returned checks or chargeback's, the amount will be deducted from the next monthly payment. If there is no subsequent payment, the
Affiliate will be invoiced. 

Order Fulfillment
We will be solely responsible for processing every order placed by a customer on our web site and we reserve the
right to reject any order that does not comply with our rules, operating procedures and policies.

Customers
Customers who purchase products and services through the Affiliate Program will be deemed to be customers of our
web site, Inc.. Accordingly, all Cybernet Enterprises, Inc. rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning
customer orders and service will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures
at any time. Prices and availability of our products and services may vary from time to time. Cybernet Enterprises, Inc.  policies will always determine the price paid by the customer.

Qualification for Commissions
Affiliates must have an active link from their website to our site   in order to qualify for commissions. Links must
be sent to our web site, so that they can be verified and the Affiliates status upgraded to active.

Qualifying Sites
We reserves the right not to accept any site into the Affiliate Program at our sole discretion.
The sites that will not qualified for our affiliate program are sites that promote or contain the following material:

  • Sexually explicit materials

  • Violence

  • Discrimination

  • Illegal activities

  • Intellectual property rights

Unsolicited Commercial Email
We in no way participates in mass unsolicited emailing (i.e. spamming), and all Affiliates are expected to adhere to
this policy as well. Violation of this policy will result in the termination of this contract and immediate dismissal
from our Affiliate Program  with no refund.

Relationship of Parties
You and our company are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint
venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no
authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether
on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict this statement.

Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising
in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total
commissions paid or payable to you under to this Agreement.

Disclaimers
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or your potential
to earn income from the Affiliate Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will
be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, without reference
to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state
courts located in State of New Jersey, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not
assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and enforceable against the parties and their respective
successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not
constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

By signing up for our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its
terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation,
guarantee or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.

You will have to print this page and mail a signed copy to our address. Commission will not be paid until a signed
copy is received.
